Explosions in Iran near the Kerman Martyrs Cemetery, where Qassem Soleimani is buried, on the anniversary of his death have left at least 211 dead according to latest reports
A Kerman district representative accused Israeli agents of carrying out the attack on Soleimani's tomb, the first elected representative to make such an attribution.
The US speculates that ISIS or a related group was responsible for the explosions near Soleimani's grave.
The US is awaiting more information, but officials believe it is unlikely that Israel is behind the blasts.

At the entrance of Kerman Martyrs Gulzar, there were two bag bombs that the perpetrator or perpetrators of this incident apparently detonated the bombs with a remote control.
