最近被拉着写 ChatGPT prompt，有一些心得体会：

1. ChatGPT UI 和 ChatGPT API 的 prompts 不完全一致，前者有后处理逻辑，后者应该是模型直接的输出结果；

2. prompts 的确需要不断地尝试，所以 prompt engineering 可能真的是一门学问。

最近又被拉着写 prompt。大前提是，隔壁组的数据出了问题，他们期望用 ChatGPT API 来批量清洗数据，他们在 ChatGPT UI 上做了测试，然后丢到我们手上。 我了解了需求之后，没看他们的 prompt，直接凭经验开始做各种尝试，最后试出了一个还不错的 prompt。于是封装成函数之后，交给后端的同事集成到流水线上。 我们跑了一小批数据，结果还不错，但是对照着隔壁组的要求，似乎不完全一致。于是后端同事直接把隔壁组的 prompt 搬进流水线里，又测试了一遍，结果和 ChatGPT UI 上的结果完全不一样。我们猜测是因为 ChatGPT UI 上还有一些后处理的逻辑。又测试...

非常欣赏李宏毅老师对于 ChatGPT 用于学术的态度：

1. ChatGPT 只是一个工具，就像搜索引擎和计算器一样，可以辅助我们更好地做学术；
2. 使用 ChatGPT 生成文本的话，要注明位置。以免多个人都有类似的文本，而被判为抄袭；
3. ChatGPT 的写作水平其实不错，以后这是人类写作水平的下限。所以可以提高全人类的写作水平。

最近我和 coach 聊到，在工作中面临冲突时，我总是倾向于保护自己团队的利益高于其他利益相关方，不管这个利益相关方是老板，还是其他团队。尽管这样做，让团队成员更加信任我，我却时不时地得罪其他利益相关方。对于如何把握这个平衡，我感到非常困惑。

听完我的描述之后，coach 帮我继续挖掘心中的困惑，带着我一步步分解问题。尽管到最后，我仍旧十分困惑。我自己没有成功探索出这一答案。于是，我问 coach 是怎么做的，因为她曾经是一位经历极其丰富的产品经理。

她谈了两点：

1 过度保护自己的团队有可能害了他们。有时候，他们也需要机会成长，而适当的压力正好是成长的催化剂；
2 团队成功是建立在公司成功的前提下，个人成功是建立在团队成功的前提下。如果我们忽略了这些前提，而一味地只看到更小单位的成功，很可能这些成功是稍纵即逝的。

当下，最火爆的科技产品莫非 OpenAI 的 ChatGPT，而领导这一切的是他们的 CTO -- Mira Murati。关于她的报道并不多，Fast Company 最近发布了一篇她的侧写：
1 作为阿尔巴尼亚移民的后代，她于16岁前往加拿大求学；
2 毕业后，她先加入了 Tesla，然后跳槽到 Leap Motion，最后于2018年加入 OpenAI。
3 加入 OpenAI 后，她作为负责 applied AI and partnerships 的 VP，带领了团队沿着于大量外部团队合作，包括并不限于，开放 API，搜集用户反馈等等。
