【有關武漢肺炎之防疫計劃及宿舍安排】

本會於今早就武漢肺炎病情與校方商討有關之防疫措施，以下是會面的摘要：
1. 校方將暫停所有前往中國大陸的大學交換生計劃直至另行通知；
2. 兩所宿舍將會實施一系列的防疫及預防措施，包括：
2.1. 進入宿舍人士（包括宿生及訪客）均應進行外遊風險評估；
2.2. 所有近期有外遊記錄的人士均需要填寫風險評估表格；
2.3. 所有人士進入宿舍時均須量度體溫；安排符合以下條件之懷疑個案（有發燒症狀、曾到訪疫區及為非本地宿生）入住隔離房間。
3. 校方已成立武漢肺炎危機小組應對相關病情，成員包括大學保健處醫生及其他管理層；
4. 校方指如校園或宿舍範圍內有確診個案會即時通報衛生防護中心，並盡快通知公眾。
幹事會亦在會面中提及早前完成的宿舍問卷報告，並就宿舍保安問題向校方反映同學意見。校方表示理大將審視同學的意見，而從問卷中得悉大多數宿生及同學均對反對早前的宿規修訂；校方指未來將先諮詢學生會及宿生會的意見，再行決定宿舍保安政策的修訂項目。

PolyU’s contingency on prevention of Wuhan Pneumonia
Earlier today, the Union had a meeting with the Senior Management to discuss implementations in response to the Wuhan pneumonia outbreak, below you can find the summary of today’s meeting:
1. The University will be suspending all exchange programmes to mainland China in Semester 2 of the 2020/21 academic year until further notice;
2. Two student hostels shall implement series of preventive and precautionary measures, including:
2.1. Filling out a travel health risk assessment form for all visitors (residents inclusive) who have recent travel history;
2.2. Assess body temperature of hostel entrants before entering the hostel;
2.3. Reservation of isolation room for susceptible residents who fall into the following criteria (with fever symptoms, traveling history to outbreak areas and non-local residents);
3. The school has established a Wuhan pneumonia task force in response to the epidemic, with members including UHS doctors;
4. If there are any cases diagnosed within the campus or hostel area, the school will notify the Centre of Health Protection immediately, and general public as soon as possible.
The Union have also discussed matters raised from the previous proposed amendments of hall policies by the school. The school expresses that they value students’ opinions, understands that students mainly opposed to the school’s proposal. The school stated that in the future, the school shall consult the Students’ Union and Hall Associations before implementing new policies.
