【脚本】更新 chinadns-ng v1.0-beta.15 支持 chnlist 白名单匹配模式，命中 chnlist 列表的域名只会走国内 DNS；允许同时指定 gfwlist 黑名单列表和 chnlist 白名单列表；如果查询的域名同时命中 gfwlist 和 chnlist，则默认走可信 DNS 上游，也即 gfwlist 优先级比 chnlist 高，指定选项 -M/--chnlist-first 可调换该优先级。
更新方法：停用 chinadns-ng ，点击【更新程序】，命令选项添加： -M -m /opt/app/chinadns_ng/chnlist.txt
