Today, we’re thrilled to officially announce: COSCUP × RubyConf Taiwan 2025 will take place on August 9–10 at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology!

This year, we are honored to welcome Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto, the creator of the Ruby programming language, who will join us in person to share his latest insights and visions for Ruby’s future.
We’ll also have the pleasure of showcasing projects from the Ruby community in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture—Matz’s hometown, often hailed as the City of Ruby.

In recent years, COSCUP has been committed to boosting the global visibility of Taiwan’s open source community, while actively introducing international speakers, communities, and fresh perspectives.
