我們是一群擁有共同理念，對教育以及香港民主發展抱持美好願景的教師。在近月的政治風暴中，眼見教育界同工各自爬山；又有不少同工有感於個人力量有限，復受到各方面的打壓，苦無參與發聲的機會。為了團結所有理念一致的教育界同工，集中力量，所以成立了這個組織，以團結教師力量，捍衛教育專業，保護前線學子，爭取民主自由。
