Unfollow them or even block them.
This will help you avoid getting horny in the future.
5) Write down your goals and your vision.Why do you want to quit porn? Why do you want to come a better man?
Write down your goal on a piece of paper.
Maybe You want to be:
1. Confident in front of girls.
2. Start a family and have kids.
3. More productive in your business and make more money.
4. In good shape.
5. Help your parents.
