3. Sauna for 20 min (whatever is your maximum you stayed, do double that)
4. Sit still for 20 minutes (Move as little as possible, look at the wall)
5. Read a boring book for 1h
6. No music for 2 days (Soundtracks = ok)
7. Freezing cold shower for 3 min
8. Treadmill for 1h (Run or walk doesn’t really matter, what matter is you’re bored asf)

Expose yourself to the challenge of that sigma: "I don't know if I'm great at this, but I'm going to do it anyway." That is how I got better in my daily workout. Some moves were difficult, but with time, I became better at those moves and could lift more and move more flexibly.

You just know you're going to expose yourself to it, you're going to step into that challenge.

Think about something that you're holding yourself back from because you think might be a challenge for you and then imagine what it would feel like if it wasn't so challenging to you anymore, now whatever you are imagining you've got to just dive into it: Push-up on your toes, big death line at work, a new hobby, a new passion project, a new lesson to learn, a new conversation with someone that says I'm ready for what's next.

If you never expose yourself to that challenge you will not view it as a challenge, then you move on to the next challenge so always know to push yourself into what's uncomfortable, push yourself into "Oh this is hard I'm not great at it but I'm going to figure it out anyways.

Nowadays kids are using phones more than the people who have to work through phones or gadgets.

When I say kids then I am literally referring to 2-4 year olds.

I have myself seen that their parents leave them with phone and in that they watch yt or any shit games in the name of education where they are only enjoying the graphics and randomly clicking.

Weak logical reasoning and understanding of things due to not being trained like the way we got by communicating and socialising with real people, not with any game character.

Imagine a 2 year old wearing specs of number +4 or 5. How heavy it will be for him.

By consuming shit through reels or shorts their retention power and attention capacity is getting fucked up.

I don't understand if they can't spend time with their own kids then Why do they hurry to have kids?
I mean just to fulfill peer pressure or something else which is not that important?
Because I can't see any genuine reason by looking at how they are behaving with their kids.
It shows kids are accidental and they don't want to work on them to build them strong.

Okay we know there are orphans too in this world and they grow strong but only because they didn't have the luxury of having so called "Good Parents" who can fulfill their kid's any desire in order to avoid teaching them good things and keep on being lazy and chilling.

Here's Greg's story on how he quit porn and has a 2+ years streak.

When Greg was 16, he watched a lot of adult content.

Over the years of consuming it, he noticed he started watching more and more extreme porn.

How to Stop Being Broke as a Joke

One unfortunate side effect of this disease is that it causes men to whine like little babies instead of taking action. This article will correct this, however, it will be quite harsh. Broke as a jokesters need a real kick in the ass, they don’t need any coddling.

If you want to stop being broke as a joke you’ve got to do the following:

You should be spending all your free time either A) Learning or B) Making shit happen. The third option, C, is being broke as a joke.

Learning:

To learn your industry you should read every book you can get your hands on, every blog you can find, every forum on the subject, every success story you can find, and talk with as many experts as you can.

You should be reading and learning about your industry night and day. First thing in the morning and last thing before bed. If you have a regular job you should be learning about your industry when your boss isn’t looking.

Making Shit Happen:

To make shit happen all you’ve got to do is start and not give up. You don’t need to learn your industry for longer than two months before you dive in head first. Some broke as a jokesters will say things like β€œI’ve been learning for two years so it’s time I get the ball rolling” or β€œI’ve been learning for two years and I just can’t seem to make anything happenβ€œ. If you want to get in shape you can’t read a bunch of goddamn books on physical fitness and expect to get into shape, you gotta get your flabby butt in the gym and work. Same with business. You gotta learn all you can, cram it into a month or two, and then get that motherfucking ball rolling.

Take the first step, and then take more steps every single solitary day.

Spending Money to Make Money:

If you have ever said this statement β€œI’m not going to spend any money to learn this. It should be free. I refuse to spend any money to learn my industry” then you should slap yourself in the face because that’s the mentality of a loser. If you aren’t willing to spend a dime in your industry you will never, ever make a dime in your industry. Forget the loser mentality of never spending any money and hoping to somehow make money. You will have to spend money so just accept it. At first you may want to just buy books and other information but as time goes on you will need to spend more and more money.

Chronic Broke as a Jokesters will always say the same two things – β€œI have not made much money” and β€œI don’t have any money to purchase any information or services which will help meβ€œ.

On the opposite end of this spectrum are the people who will spend countless thousands of dollars in their desired industry and never take action. These people are the information junkies, the seminar junkies who will wait in anticipation for a new product they can buy instead of taking any action. They’ll do this for years and years, just buy products and wonder when it’s going to be β€œtheir time” to get started. There are people who wish to be in the Real Estate industry who go to 18 paid seminars over a 3 year period and haven’t ever bought a house.
