📆 Campaign Period & Work Schedule:
- 20 Nov to 25 Dec 2024
- 5 days work & 2 days off per week, must be able to work all weekends during the campaign period
- 1-day training on 20 Nov, 1pm-5pm
🕗 Work Hours (Assigned on a weekly basis):
- 12:30pm-10pm
- 1pm-10:30pm
- 1:30pm to 11pm
📝 Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional image
- Handle tenant and shopper inquiries/feedback through various channels
- Provide directional assistance to shoppers
- Promote the Suntec+ loyalty program and its events
- Assist with Suntec+ membership sign-ups
- Support mall activities and campaigns (e.g., giving out premiums, redemptions)
- Assist with stock movement, inventory, and queue management
📌 Requirements:
- Able to commit 5 days per week
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Team player, well-groomed, has a positive attitude & pleasant personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for service
