Every night plan your following day, the next day you just need to do what's written. At night see if you did everything.

- Keep your goals in mind everyday

Read your goals & plan every morning. Don't forget. If you forget what you're supposed to do you will default to negative behaviours.

This means being new everyday in the positive direction.


Wake up early.
(Sleep for at least six hours, so sleep accordingly and if you have any workload or any other thing to do then getting your sleep cycle broken is justifiable.)

Have gratitude for the day.
(Don't take anything for granted! When you go to bed, when you sleep it has 50% chance that you will not wake up tomorrow and it also remains 50% chance that you will wake up so the divine has chosen another 50% chance for you so that you get another day to enjoy your life so be thankful for that.)

Spent time with nature.
Go to the morning walk and enjoy the completeness and innocence of nature.

After coming back, the day is yours so whatever you are going to do should be your own decision.

I just gave you a morning routine just to let you start and after that you can take further decisions based on your intelligence.


I will not ask you to do this or that after coming back from the morning walk.
Until and unless you understand the importance of time nothing can happen.
You think tomorrow will come. So that is the root of procrastination.
You think another moment will definitely come.

No my dear!

In the cosmos nothing is predetermined and for sure.

I will be there tomorrow is also just a "maybe".


Live your day as if it is the last in your life.
Your life will be judged and people will remember you just on the basis of this day. Think like this.

Then no time for time wasting and no time for seeking solutions online will be there. You will instantly get clarity on what to do because you will realise time is less.

It is not a story, it is the reality "Time is limited and Task is unlimited."
You just care about one thing, that you are here and doing what you are supposed to. Have a basic idea of past and future and just totally dissolve into the present moment.

Then overthinking about future or thoughts of embarrassing moments of the past will not even arise.
The reason behind this overthinking is your present is not that attractive that you can avoid any other thought.

Here’s some stuff you can do to challenge your mind.

Adjust the days to your preference.

1. Fast (No food) for 2 days
2. Dry fast (No water) for 2 days
3. Sauna for 20 min (whatever is your maximum you stayed, do double that)
4. Sit still for 20 minutes (Move as little as possible, look at the wall)
5. Read a boring book for 1h
6. No music for 2 days (Soundtracks = ok)
7. Freezing cold shower for 3 min
8. Treadmill for 1h (Run or walk doesn’t really matter, what matter is you’re bored asf)

It’s time to go to war with your mind.

Expose yourself to the challenge of that sigma: "I don't know if I'm great at this, but I'm going to do it anyway." That is how I got better in my daily workout. Some moves were difficult, but with time, I became better at those moves and could lift more and move more flexibly.

You just know you're going to expose yourself to it, you're going to step into that challenge.

Think about something that you're holding yourself back from because you think might be a challenge for you and then imagine what it would feel like if it wasn't so challenging to you anymore, now whatever you are imagining you've got to just dive into it: Push-up on your toes, big death line at work, a new hobby, a new passion project, a new lesson to learn, a new conversation with someone that says I'm ready for what's next.

If you never expose yourself to that challenge you will not view it as a challenge, then you move on to the next challenge so always know to push yourself into what's uncomfortable, push yourself into "Oh this is hard I'm not great at it but I'm going to figure it out anyways.

Nowadays kids are using phones more than the people who have to work through phones or gadgets.

When I say kids then I am literally referring to 2-4 year olds.

I have myself seen that their parents leave them with phone and in that they watch yt or any shit games in the name of education where they are only enjoying the graphics and randomly clicking.

Weak logical reasoning and understanding of things due to not being trained like the way we got by communicating and socialising with real people, not with any game character.

Weak eyesight from the very beginning of their lives.
Imagine a 2 year old wearing specs of number +4 or 5. How heavy it will be for him.

By consuming shit through reels or shorts their retention power and attention capacity is getting fucked up.

I don't understand if they can't spend time with their own kids then Why do they hurry to have kids?
I mean just to fulfill peer pressure or something else which is not that important?
Because I can't see any genuine reason by looking at how they are behaving with their kids.
It shows kids are accidental and they don't want to work on them to build them strong.

Okay we know there are orphans too in this world and they grow strong but only because they didn't have the luxury of having so called "Good Parents" who can fulfill their kid's any desire in order to avoid teaching them good things and keep on being lazy and chilling.

If any of you encounter such things anywhere such as market, metro, colony, street, anywhere then please don't ignore, instead make their parents understand what are the bad consequences of leaving their kids with their phones.

Here's Greg's story on how he quit porn and has a 2+ years streak.

When Greg was 16, he watched a lot of adult content.

Over the years of consuming it, he noticed he started watching more and more extreme porn.

One day he asked himself and searched on Google:

And he found the NoFap movement. And just like that Greg's journey began.

At first, when he began practicing NoFap, he relapsed a lot. His usual relapse cycle would begin with just a peak. If Greg peaked, he relapsed.
