How Regulating Dopamine Changed My Life:

Years ago, I struggled with extreme exhaustion and a lack of motivation to do anything outside of the bare minimum.

When I was in school, I graduated but didn't get the grades I knew I could.

I tried going to the gym and eating healthy but could never build the momentum.
