How Quitting Social Media Improves Your Life🌐
It's no secret that millions or even billions of people use multiple social media platforms every day.
Facebook 🌐, Instagram 🌐, Reddit 🌐, X 🌐, and so on.
Some have a healthy relationship with social media and some do not.
Some people think follower count relates to self-worth and some don't care.
I deleted most of my social media years ago (Facebook 📱, Instagram 📱, Snapchat 📱, TikTok 📱 etc...)
Looking back, I don't miss any of it. It's nice not having to compare my life to anyone else's.
I find I'm a lot happier too these days and I'm focused more on myself and not what everyone else thinks.
Made me a lot better off financially too, no longer buying things because people on social media think they're cool.
Life is
much better!
I call and meet with friends and get acquainted with new real people.
Because I don't follow social media, friends tell me all the news.
I don't know what's happening in their lives unless they tell me face to face.
We engage in conversation harder because we aren't distracted by our phones.
I feel more secure in life because I have real people in my circles.
My sleep has improved.
I am learning more about myself because I have time to think and experience things for myself.
Overall I experienced great improvement in my life by cutting mindless scroling.
Try using social media less and see what happens.
Leave me heart if you found this useful.
