How long do you want to complain?
The more you complain the more you are drowning yourself deep in the water and the harder it becomes for you to rise up or have the willpower to pull yourself up from your self-pity. Today challenge yourself that you will not complain anything about your life in public with friends family or with people online.
Simply ask yourself: would you want to hang out with someone who constantly complains non-stop when you are trying to give them advice, all they reply is excuses.
Solution: When someone is complaining let them complain once they are done and when nobody answers or replies, if the person says why isn't anyone helping me ask the simple question:
1. Are you done complaining?
2. How long do you want to continue complaining?
3. How long do you want to self-pity about your situation?
4. What do you want to do about it?
5. Are you willing to give up complaining?
6. Are you willing to start saying thank you?
7. Are you willing to try again and again whenever you fail and not complain about it?
Yes, life is hard,
Yes discipline is hard
Yes learning something new is hard
Yes practicing something new is hard
Yes trying to master something is hard
Slowly all that hard will result in joy
Yes those hard things will raise your confidence
Yes that hard discipline will become easy
Yes, that hard practice will become like play.
Yes, you will move from a hard life to an easy life and a fun life.
Learning to brush at a young age was hard but you did it anyway,
Learning to walk from a young age was fun and full of laughter it wasn't hard at all.
Learning that you found your foot and hand you started to laugh but you forgot about it.
Learning to talk and laugh at your own silly words ... was easy and full of joy you forgot about it.
Learning to play with new toys was fun and silly as well full of curiosity you forgot about it.
Bring back that joy, playful, silly, and laughter into your life again by enjoying failing and trying again.
