The cases have exploded in China over the past two days. Traffic restrictions are in place at multiple cities. However, except Tibet, every province have seen multiple cases and localized transmission remains possible. Substantial clusters had been located in all the major metropolis. Contagious persons may be asymptotic. Please practice good hygiene, wear masks in public places. Take this seriously.
